📋 Description

• Serve as the strategic technical thought partner to EMEA partner leadership and own technical relationships • Set the vision for how Coder fits into partners’ AI and modernization portfolios • Co-create partner-specific sales plays and Working Backwards outcome proposals • Develop and deliver workshops, Builder Labs, enablement sessions, demonstrations, and interactive experiences • Intervene on high-value partner-attached deals through co-selling, technical discovery, PoV scoping, architecture review, and technical win support • Transform bespoke enablement sessions into scalable LMS modules and certification tiers • Produce reference architectures with deployment diagrams, network topology, IAM patterns, and operational runbooks • Codify partner engagements into repeatable GTM plays and build a playbook library • Build AI-powered self-service tools for PDE activities • Produce a monthly EMEA partner intelligence digest for Product, Engineering, and GTM leadership • Own EMEA-relevant portions of joint technical integration roadmaps with strategic partners • Create and publish Partner Relations content, including blog posts, cookbooks, conference talks, videos, and workshop recaps • Contribute to cloud marketplace listings, competency documentation, and CSP co-build technical requirements

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Forward Deployed Engineering, Solutions Architecture, Field CTO, Technical Consulting, or Developer Relations at an infrastructure, developer tools, or AI company • Experience helping partners or customers adopt products in emerging or undefined categories • Hands-on cloud infrastructure deployment on AWS, Google Cloud, or Microsoft Azure • Production-level Kubernetes and Terraform experience • 2+ years deploying or operating AI coding agents in production or near-production environments • Understanding of agent loops, credential storage, governance, and audit requirements in European enterprises • Ability to explain workspace-local agent tooling versus centralized agentic harness architectures • Experience with channel or technology partners in co-sell models in EMEA • Experience building scalable technical GTM assets, enablement curricula, reference architectures, or content programs • Executive communication and Field CTO credibility • English required; at least one additional European language ideally • Strong written communication for PR/FAQs, technical architecture documents, and blog posts • Self-directed and comfortable operating autonomously • Bonus: Forward Deployed Engineer experience, public technical advocacy, hyperscaler partner programs, European regulatory environments, air-gapped deployments, AI governance, LLM gateways, human-in-the-loop workflows, Kubernetes certification, Tailscale, open-source contributions, partner ecosystem relationships, or German, French, or Nordic language fluency
