📋 Description

• Build product features end to end, focusing on Python backend development with Django/FastAPI • Contribute to React and other parts of the technology stack as needed • Collaborate with Product, Design, and engineering teams to turn problems into simple, effective solutions • Make pragmatic technical decisions and build scalable, resilient, and observable systems • Contribute to cloud and infrastructure work, primarily in AWS • Use AI and LLM tools where they add real value • Develop tools and workflows for technical screening, coding environments, technical assessments, AI capabilities, and assessment integrity

🎯 Requirements

• Strong professional experience building production software with Python • Experience building and evolving a software product within a remote, distributed engineering team • Comfortable working across the stack, including contributing to Frontend and Infrastructure when needed • Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken • Experience with Python backend development using Django/FastAPI • Experience contributing to React and other parts of the stack • Experience with AWS/cloud infrastructure • Ability to use AI and LLM tools pragmatically • Ability to work within the Central European Time zone ±2
