📋 Description

• Design, build, and own product functionality across the stack • Lead projects and make critical technical trade-offs, balancing performance, scalability, and user experience • Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and customer-facing teams to translate complex requirements into intuitive solutions • Champion technical excellence in code quality, testing, accessibility, and performance • Contribute to technical leadership by guiding peers, surfacing risks, and ensuring alignment with product goals • Potentially step into a hands-on management role as the team grows

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience building and scaling complex SaaS products • Deep expertise in React, TypeScript, and modern front-end frameworks • Solid experience with Python backends and Postgres databases • Proven ability to ship high-quality features from design to production in a startup environment • Excellent communication skills—able to partner with product and non-technical stakeholders, surface key insights, and bring others along in decision-making • Experience in technical leadership: setting direction, mentoring, and guiding teams through ambiguity • Startup mentality: you are resilient, pragmatic, and ambitious, and you know how to push for impact while maintaining strong working relationships
