📋 Description
• Lead delivery of country-level technical assistance to Ministries of Education • Support the design and implementation of reform strategies and scaling pathways • Provide technical leadership, oversight and quality assurance across programme outputs • Lead engagement with government stakeholders and development partners • Translate evidence into practical tools and decision-making support for reform • Provide high-level advisory support within government systems • Design and deliver capacity strengthening activities (e.g. mentoring, workshops) • Contribute to programme learning and adaptive delivery • Ensure alignment with government priorities and systems.
🎯 Requirements
• Minimum of 10 years professional experience in education sector development or system reform • Strong strategic leadership and advisory capability • Experience working with Ministries of Education and government systems • Excellent stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills • Ability to translate evidence into practical reform solutions • Strong analytical and report-writing ability • Experience working in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
