📋 Description

• Lead 20+ engineers across multiple agile squads in the US and India through dedicated technical leads • Own production reliability for Review-owned systems, including incident response, root-cause RCAs, and cross-functional tiger teams for major incidents • Set technical vision and provide leadership across design and sprint processes, partnering with Staff Engineers • Drive delivery transparency through sprint metrics, catching risk early and informing data-driven interventions • Partner with Product, Design, Security, Clinical Operations, and peer engineering teams on shared systems and initiatives • Own hiring, leveling, and career growth for direct reports and their leads • Build a culture that develops early-career engineers into future health-tech leaders • Champion testing, quality, and security practices in a regulated HIPAA/SOC2 environment

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years managing software engineering teams in a fast-paced, agile environment, including 3+ years leading multiple teams through technical leads or managers • Experience leading distributed/multi-site teams across time zones, including partnering with groups outside your direct reporting line • Hands-on full-stack engineering background • Proven ability to own production systems and incident response, ideally in a regulated healthcare or HIPAA/SOC2 environment • Strong grounding in modern development practices, including version control, unit testing, and CI/CD • Experience designing and scaling distributed/microservices systems for high-throughput, high-growth products • A passion for quality products and high-performing, autonomous teams • Bachelor's degree in computer science or software engineering
