📋 Description

• Own quality assurance reviews of Complaints case investigations, including formal, legal, and litigation cases, supporting Coinbase’s AML/CFT program • Complete weekly QA audit allocations according to established procedures and grading standards • Document identified errors and their root causes • Conduct root cause analyses and operational procedure deep dives • Identify recurring themes, knowledge gaps, and opportunities to improve team performance • Partner with CX, Compliance, Analytics, and Learning & Development stakeholders to close process gaps • Launch workflow improvements and enhance QA rubrics and frameworks • Build and present QA insights, recommendations, and performance metrics to Client Service Management and Complaints leadership • Use metrics and reporting tools to deliver data-driven recommendations improving case quality, consistency, and throughput

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in Complaints support, Quality Assurance, or Compliance Testing programs within financial services • Exposure across multiple compliance disciplines, such as Complaints, KYC, AML, TMS, or sanctions • Ability to execute root cause analyses and translate QA findings into actionable process improvements • Experience partnering with cross-functional teams globally to implement process improvements and meet quality and timeline standards • Experience building QA dashboards, trend reports, and presentations using Google Sheets and Slides or equivalent tools • Responsible use of generative AI with human oversight • Candidates may submit a maximum of 3 applications within a 6-month period
