📋 Description

• Own the end-to-end development of the FinApp product area. • Responsible for internal financial operations, accounting workflows, reconciliation, and financial reporting. • Translate domain-level strategy into a 1-2-quarter roadmap for your squad. • Lead structured product discovery and guide engineers and designers through delivery. • Measure outcomes and continuously iterate based on customer and business impact.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of hands-on experience as a Product Manager in B2B or internal enterprise products. • Strong understanding of financial operations, accounting principles, reconciliation processes, and financial controls. • Ability to communicate effectively with Finance stakeholders, understand their challenges, and translate business needs into clear product requirements. • Proven track record of taking features from problem statement through discovery, delivery, launch, and post-launch optimization. • Comfortable working with analytics, defining success metrics, and using data to guide product decisions. • Solid understanding of Agile product development and iterative delivery (Scrum or Kanban). • Strong written and verbal communication skills. English level B2–C1. • Experience with fintech, payments, crypto, or other regulated financial products is a plus.
