• Drive robotic solution sales across end-user accounts and expand ESAB and EWM market share within the integrator network. • Build, develop, and manage an effective integrator and reseller network across North America. • Develop and execute sales strategies to grow revenue across Robotics, WeldCloud, HKS, EDGE, TBi, and EWM product lines. • Aggressively engage end users by delivering the full ESAB and EWM total value proposition to increase market penetration and share. • Build and expand direct and indirect sales channels to achieve regional sales targets. • Develop strong working knowledge across the full Robotic Digital Solutions (RDS) portfolio, including WeldCloud, HKS, EDGE, TBi, and EWM, with support from ESAB Application Engineers and product experts. • Provide technical sales support, product demonstrations, and customer training where required to drive positive commercial outcomes. • Promote ESAB and EWM products with a strong focus on Robotics, Digital, HIP, and High-Technology offerings. • Manage strategic relationships with key customers, integrators, and partners.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related discipline strongly preferred; alternatively, ten (10) years of successful industrial sales experience may be considered in lieu of a degree. • Demonstrated above-average sales performance over the past three (3) or more years. • Proven experience selling complex technical or capital equipment solutions, preferably in robotics, automation, or industrial technology markets.
