📋 Description

• As part of our development team, the Java Tech Lead will be responsible for designing and building high-performance, reliable applications for critical systems, ensuring uninterrupted service. • This role involves supporting the development and upkeep of web-based applications, as well as enhancing our overall software engineering capabilities. • The ideal candidate should possess extensive experience in web application development.

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science/ IT Engineering • Advanced English level is a must • Banking Experience • +6 years of experience developing/coding using Java , JEE • Experience with integration and API’s orchestration using microservices (Kubernetes, Docker) • Great analytical and problem-solving skills • Domain knowledge of the banking industry is required • A proven track record of working on development of digital front-end solutions (customer onboarding, product origination, servicing, online banking) • Operationally in tune with the business with a keen eye for analysis and details • Experience in creating POC and animating workshop is a plus.
