• Responsible for expanding and operationally executing our sales activities in Germany • Key contributor to market expansion, new customer acquisition and revenue growth • Central interface between customers, management and internal specialist teams • Active sales of the COLMENA Value Suite (software solution) and COLMENA Counseling (specialist consulting) to corporate clients • Independently acquire new customers as well as manage and grow existing accounts • Manage the entire sales process – from lead generation to contract signing – involving product and sales specialists • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company objectives • Responsible for revenue targets for your client segment • Represent the company at trade shows, industry events and networking functions
• Degree in Business Administration or equivalent qualification • Minimum 5–8 years of experience in B2B solution sales • Proven track record of sustainable revenue growth in B2B sales • Solid knowledge of sales pipeline management and experience with CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce) • Proficient with MS Office • Strategic thinker with strong operational execution skills • Excellent communication and negotiation skills • Ability to effectively present the COLMENA product • Analytical mindset and KPI-driven working style • High self-motivation, strong organizational skills and resilience • Willingness to travel within Germany • Business-level German (C1) • Very good written and spoken English
