• Lead a large book of mid-market clients and serve as the face of Color for client-related needs • Support existing and newly implementing customers at volume and scale • Onboard new clients and coordinate successful launch plans • Develop customized, scaled service and strategic plans based on client needs and goals • Drive enrollment and engagement through marketing campaigns, assets, strategy, and support • Own client NPS and renewal rate; identify and solve issues • Identify, position, and close expansion and upsell opportunities • Build long-term, multi-threaded stakeholder relationships • Convert clients into advocates for references, referrals, case studies, marketing collaborations, and testimonials • Support relationships with benefits consultants and partner vendors • Advise clients on best practices and strategic use of Color’s cancer-care solutions • Manage client issues and escalations with member support, legal, finance, operations, product, and sales • Monitor engagement, performance metrics, program outcomes, and expectations • Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews • Analyze member engagement, program metrics, and outcomes; formulate insights and recommendations • Improve scaled client-serving operations using AI tools • Advocate for clients, resolve concerns, and coordinate internal solutions • Partner with sales, product, and marketing teams • Contribute to client-experience tools, resources, and programs • Share client feedback and improvement opportunities internally
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a client/customer success manager, ideally at a benefits tech company • Deep understanding of employee benefits and digital health; cancer screening or oncology knowledge preferred • Experience in a high-growth or start-up organization • Understanding of scaling, 1:many client management, ambiguity, and fast-paced environments • Ability to manage a flexible, fluctuating client load without compromising service quality • Comfort using AI tools and technology to work efficiently at scale • Experience serving mid-market clients, HR/Total Rewards leaders, executives, and benefits consultants • Experience supporting existing and newly implementing clients simultaneously across a high-volume portfolio • Experience identifying growth opportunities and securing upsells • Excellent messaging, positioning, and presentation skills • Strong bias for action and proactive strategic program execution • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills • Excellent negotiation, collaboration, and listening skills • Analytical skills to interpret data and drive actionable insights • Unrestricted right to work in the United States for any employer
