📋 Description

• Color Health is revolutionizing cancer care with the nation’s first Virtual Cancer Clinic. • Delivering high-quality, physician-led multidisciplinary care across all 50 states. • Guideline-based approach spans cancer screening, risk assessment, prevention, diagnosis, treatment support, and survivorship. • Lead and expand Color’s evidence-based, virtual care model. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance patient outcomes across the cancer care continuum. • This is a full-time, remote-eligible opportunity for a compassionate oncologist and physician-leader committed to transforming cancer care.

🎯 Requirements

• Physician (MD/DO) board-certified/board-eligible in medical oncology or a related field • At least 5 years of post-residency/fellowship independent clinical practice in cancer-related care. • 2+ years of experience managing and mentoring clinical teams. • Strong clinical skills and a commitment to high-quality, evidence-based care. • Active medical license and willingness to obtain additional state licenses. • Proficiency with telehealth tools, EHRs, and clinical automation systems. • Familiarity with virtual care models and population-scale healthcare delivery (Nice to Have). • Experience providing telemedicine care and leading telemedicine clinical teams (Nice to Have). • Proven ability to lead quality improvement and program development initiatives (Nice to Have).
