📋 Description

• As a Senior Frontend Engineer at Landbot, you’ll play a key role in shaping how users interact with our product. • Write clean, maintainable, and testable code, with simplicity and quality as guiding principles. • Collaborate closely with Product and Design teams to deliver exceptional user experiences. • Act as a go-to expert in testing, driving a quality-first mindset across the frontend. • Build reusable UI components and design systems adaptable to different contexts: web apps, browser extensions, desktop, and mobile applications. • Provide technical leadership in design discussions and decisions that impact multiple teams or the company as a whole. • Make thoughtful trade-offs between short-term delivery needs and long-term technical health. • Document your work rigorously (ADRs, RFCs, postmortems) and share learnings across the org. • Stay ahead of industry best practices and bring fresh, practical ideas into the team. • Lead by example: mentor teammates, give constructive feedback, and raise the engineering bar.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong expertise in TypeScript, React, Redux, and modern frontend ecosystems • Deep experience with testing at all levels: unit, integration, functional, and E2E. • Experience building and maintaining complex UIs with reusable components and/or micro-frontends. • Strong software engineering fundamentals and ability to simplify complex problems. • Experience shipping to production frequently (we deploy multiple times per day). • Familiarity with performance optimization and scaling frontend applications. • Passion for feedback, learning, and mentoring others to raise engineering standards. • Strong collaboration mindset, you value product, design, and cross-team partnerships. • (Bonus) Exposure to AI-driven interfaces or curiosity about designing UX for AI-powered features. • Fluent in English and Spanish. • You must be eligible to work in Spain.
