📋 Description

• Own the RCM sales process end to end and serve as the SME and executive presenter • Meet quarterly and annual revenue targets to drive RCM solution adoption • Manage prospective client relationships from lead generation to closure • Provide a consultative, solutions-oriented sales approach • Track and maintain pipeline, forecasts, and customer activity using Salesforce • Drive for significant wins and grow RCM adoption within large provider organizations • Close new business deals by coordinating requirements and managing contracts • Deliver against client performance metrics and KPIs • Identify, prioritize, and qualify high-impact prospects in the provider space • Cultivate and manage relationships with decision-makers in healthcare finance • Stay informed on industry trends in billing, collections, denials, and reimbursement.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience selling into healthcare providers • Proven success selling to strategic and executive stakeholders in provider organizations • Deep understanding of the healthcare sales cycle at the enterprise level • Highly driven and execution-focused individual with a strong sense of urgency • Startup-oriented mindset: team player, self-starter, resourceful, and comfortable navigating ambiguity • Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets and quotas • Expertise using Salesforce or other enterprise-level CRM tools for forecasting, pipeline management, and reporting • Excellent consultative sales skills in defining customer needs, articulating ROI, and presenting tailored RCM solutions.
