📋 Description

• Lead a team of transportation and warehouse engineers responsible for T&W projects • Originate strategy for material handling systems to ensure reliable operation • Develop warehouse studies to determine requirements and improvement opportunities • Work with the logistics and warehouse operations teams to align team priorities and project solutions • Develop internal subject matter experts by building technical capability and mentoring • Lead the engineering design for warehouse automation including standardization of equipment and procedures • Utilize technology and emerging automation technologies to increase competitiveness • Lead the team to develop Front-End-Loading packages (FEL's) • Keep current on emerging technologies, latest automation and robotics technology • Lead warehouse system improvements

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering • 10+ years' experience in warehouse engineering and automation system design. • Subject Matter Expert in Warehouse Design and Automation. • Experience developing and implementing automation/robotic solutions • Communicate technical requirements to non-technical audience • Technical analysis and problem-solving skills • Experience providing both tactical and strategic project leadership. • Experience working collaboratively within a matrix organization. • Ability to travel up to 50%
