• Specialize in Microsoft Purview and M365 Copilot governance as a trusted advisor to enterprise clients • Help design, implement, and optimize data security and compliance solutions • Guide customers in adopting responsible AI practices and governance strategies • Drive positive Customer Satisfaction and connect with Global Security teams at Microsoft • Support customers through the adoption lifecycle, leading technical solutioning • Run Architectural Design Session to build a plan for implementing the solution
🎯 Requirements
• 10+ years of experience with Microsoft technologies • Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 compliance and security architecture • Experience with regulatory frameworks (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, ISO 27001) • Excellent communication and customer engagement skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Purview solutions including Information Protection (Sensitivity Labels), Data Loss Prevention (DLP), Insider Risk Management, and Communication Compliance • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft 365 compliance architecture, including Compliance Manager, eDiscovery (Standard & Premium), and retention policies • Proven experience implementing governance frameworks for M365 Copilot, including responsible AI usage, data access controls, and prompt management • Strong understanding of regulatory compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, CCPA, ISO 27001, NIST) and how they map to Microsoft 365 capabilities • Skilled in PowerShell scripting and Microsoft Graph API for automation and customization of compliance workflows • Microsoft Certified: Cybersecurity Architect Expert or Microsoft Certified: Information Protection and Compliance- preferred • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or related field
