📋 Description

• Conduct high-volume outreach to prospective patients through consultative conversations • Communicate the value and benefits of ConcertoCare's services • Address questions, overcome barriers, and handle objections to drive enrollment • Use phone, in-person, and community-based engagement strategies • Manage and prioritize a pipeline of prospective patients • Track outreach, enrollment progress, and patient interactions in Salesforce and electronic medical record systems • Schedule initial patient appointments and coordinate intake activities • Respond to inbound inquiries from prospective patients and caregivers • Collaborate with clinical and operational teams to remove barriers and support patient engagement • Maintain professionalism, patient confidentiality, and regulatory compliance

🎯 Requirements

• 1 year of experience in a healthcare, patient-oriented position • 1 year of experience in providing customer service • Sales experience and history of consistently achieving sales goals/metrics preferred • Appointment scheduling experience • CNA/MA background is a plus • Call center experience is a plus • Demonstrated passion for extraordinary patient service • Ability to work Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm CST/EST • Experience using Salesforce and electronic medical record systems • Commitment to patient confidentiality and regulatory compliance
