📋 Description

• Manage the overall operations of multiple hotels in a designated region • Manage projects as directed by the VP of Operations • Maintain operational and service standards • Handle long-range planning and troubleshooting • Coach and mentor hotel teams • Train and develop new Resident General Managers • Conduct performance reviews, plans, and actions for direct reports • Analyze financial information, guest satisfaction, and associate satisfaction for trends • Assist management teams in implementing corrective plans and actions • Perform regular asset evaluations to protect owners’ assets • Ensure long-range plans are in place at all hotels under directive • Investigate problems arising in hotel operations • Prepare reports for management decisions and perform critical evaluations • Uphold brand standards
