📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end recruitment and selection processes for skilled construction workers (masons, welders, electricians, plumbers, heavy machinery operators) • Identify and attract talent for domestic projects in Mexico and international mobility programs (e.g., Canada) • Design and execute attraction strategies via job fairs, technical schools, unions, digital platforms, and referrals • Manage full-cycle recruitment: job posting, screening, interviews, skills tests, reference checks, documentation, and international pre-screening • Maintain and segment candidate databases by industry, skill set, and eligibility for international placements • Ensure compliance with local labor regulations and relevant immigration requirements • Deliver measurable results: fill rate for critical roles, successful hires, and time-to-hire performance • Role may extend to recruiting for other high-demand industries (healthcare, agriculture, hospitality, services) • Initially remote/working from home; compensation primarily hourly and commission-based

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in recruiting skilled workers in the construction industry • Preferable experience with international mobility/export of talent or recruitment in high-demand industries (healthcare, agriculture, hospitality) • Knowledge of Mexican labor regulations • Familiarity with Canadian/US work permit processes desirable • Strong command of digital recruitment tools (LinkedIn, OCC, Computrabajo, Indeed, ATS/CRM systems) • Comfort working in results-driven environments and openness to commission-based compensation • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills • English: intermediate level preferred; additional languages a plus • Ideal: background in staffing agencies or top construction firms/contractors (e.g., Adecco, Manpower, ICA, Carso, Mota-Engil)
