🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of software development • Technical experience in large scale systems engineering or distributed systems • Experience in Cloud Native technology including networking & security • Experience in multiple programming Languages and IDEs (java, go, python, etc.) • Experience running production services in cloud • Ability to influence the team, peers, and direct management using effective communication and collaborative techniques • Familiarity with interviewing to ensure a high technical hiring bar and experience mentoring junior talent. • A track record of removing friction, identifying critical changes needed, an active mindset towards achieving results, and excellent prioritization skills • BS Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent experience. An advanced degree in computer science is preferred
