📋 Description

• Collaborate with stakeholders, including customers, leadership, and cross-functional teams, to develop a clear product vision and strategy. • Create and maintain the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals, customer needs, and product vision. • Lead and coordinate with engineering, design, and operations teams to understand and address upstream and downstream impacts to ensure successful product development and deployment. • Establish and track key product metrics, using data insights to drive decision-making and refine product strategies. • Gather and analyze feedback from customers and stakeholders and proactively challenge and refine ideas to inform product direction and strategy.

🎯 Requirements

• Colorado resident • Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, or related field, or equivalent work experience required • 5-7 years of experience in product management or related field required • Proficiency with product management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Pendo) • Experience using AI-powered tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot) • Experience building or working with AI prototyping tools like v0.dev, Bolt, Cursor, or Replit. • Comfortable working from ambiguity to clarity—able to lead problem-first, not feature-first • Deep understanding of customer pain points with an ability to craft compelling value propositions. • Knowledge of health insurance industry preferred.
