📋 Description

• Handle administrative tasks associated with complex velocity client orders and client standards • Perform heavy data entry for velocity quotes, repetitive order entry, client standards, and returns • Monitor the daily Open Order Report and take required actions • Provide custom reporting required by clients • Respond to client requests regarding order tracking and pricing for clients with established system pricing • Ensure departmental processes comply with applicable Sarbanes-Oxley controls where applicable • Place orders promptly within company procedures to meet client SLAs • Understand shipment cutoff times for major distribution partners and carriers • Proactively communicate order placements, ETAs, and back-order information • Escalate cost changes and end-of-life products to Sales Operations Advisor or IAM • Provide quotes within 4 hours for run-rate velocity products based on Sales team direction • Assist with quotes for accounts with established pricing • Support open-order tracking, scheduled and custom reporting, and sales-order inquiries • Research open orders and provide ETA information in report format • Switch suppliers or recommend replacement products with Sales team input • Enter and update order information in the system • Use established tools to provide one-off or scheduled reports • Collaborate with Sales on complex open-order or reporting requests • Work with management on requests outside existing reports • Respond to client email requests for tracking, serial numbers, packing slips, and other information • Initiate returned merchandise processes • Educate clients on RMA creation and enter RMAs in the system • Escalate all RMA requests to Customer Service • Perform other assigned duties and special projects

🎯 Requirements

• High School or equivalency • 4 years of relevant experience • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, including Excel for creating and using spreadsheets • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, including working with a shared email box • Ability to multitask in a high-paced environment with multiple messages arriving at once • Working knowledge of data entry into a CRM or ERP system • Working knowledge of a customer's purchasing process from an Inside Sales perspective • Understanding of the sales cycle for a business purchase • Basic understanding of the sales process and ability to provide accurate SLAs and delivery information • Ability to document activities, anticipate problems, plan schedules, and monitor performance according to priorities and deadlines • Professional written and oral communication skills • Excellent written communication skills for email, letters, and proposals • Good listening skills • Ability to learn new things with minimum direction or training • Experience working with VAR IT industry in sales support and client operations • Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. • Employment visa sponsorship is unavailable
