📋 Description

• Mentor and coach junior professionals by fostering skill development, promoting best practices, and encouraging collaboration through open feedback and knowledge-sharing initiatives • Actively participate in code reviews and pair programming sessions to enhance team knowledge and code quality • Provide on-the-job training, coaching, and mentoring to project team members • Demonstrate solid functional knowledge of NetSuite and ability to analyze the effectiveness of business operations and identify opportunities for improvement • Participate in client business development activities including client meetings, preparation of proposals, statements of work and development of project estimates • Lead NetSuite-related projects including implementations, integrations, and enhancements by applying best coding practices, conducting code reviews, and ensuring deliverables meet scope, quality, and timeline goals • Create and integrate automated testing frameworks to improve the reliability and efficiency of quality assurance processes • Ensure projects’ accomplishment of desired scope, timeline and quality and follow Connor Group defined best practices and approaches • Work with CG leadership to establish the vision, strategy and roadmap for development and release of SuiteApp solutions • Design, develop, and release scalable SuiteApp solutions using SuiteScript and SuiteFlow while ensuring they meet NetSuite marketplace standards and integrate seamlessly with third-party systems • Create and maintain detailed documentation, including technical specifications, workflows, and user guides for SuiteApp functionality

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or the equivalent • 8+ years of system / application implementations experience, preferably ERP or other financial systems, with a proven track record – experience owning end-to-end development processes • 5+ years of direct NetSuite implementation, upgrade, and support experience or in-depth knowledge of NetSuite cloud platform, integration capabilities, data migration conversion tools • Expertise in systems integration, design patterns, and performance optimization • Programming knowledge: (eg: Java, Python, C++, Ruby, Swift) • Experience with testing and debugging tools • Understanding of databases: SQL, NoSQL, or cloud-based solutions • Experience working with SaaS-based products and technologies like SOAP, REST, XML, WSDL, XSD, UDDI and JSON • Experience in NetSuite customizations using SuiteScripts, SuiteFlow, SuiteAnalytics, Advanced PDF Templates, REST API integrations, SuiteBuilder, CSV Import/Export modules • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate clearly. • Self-motivated with a willingness to learn, a strong sense of accountability and a proven track record of delivering results • Willingness to travel up to 25%, including international travel
