• Conduct in-depth research on assigned target accounts, identifying key decision-makers, pain points, and company initiatives to inform personalized outreach strategies • Engage with prospects through a multi-channel approach, including cold calls, emails, LinkedIn messages, and social media interactions. • Develop customized messaging for each prospect, based on account research and key pain points. • Build rapport with prospects, initiate conversations, and nurture leads until they are qualified for further engagement by the sales team. • Engage with potential customers to understand their needs, qualify them against our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), and schedule discovery meetings for the Account Executive team. • Meticulously track all interactions, notes, and next steps within our CRM (HubSpot). • Ensure all data is up-to-date and accurate for seamless hand-offs to the sales team. • Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly activity goals, including calls, emails, and Qualified meetings booked.
• High School diploma required • Preferred 1+ years of outbound sales development experience, with a history of exceeding KPIs • Strong communication skills via phone and email • Proven creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills • Dedicated office or quiet place where work can be done
