📋 Description
• Convert inbound leads and proactively generate new business • Help prospective clients understand how our solutions compare to competitors • Build and maintain relationships with existing customers and identify expansion opportunities • Meet with clients and attend industry events • Address basic product and service enquiries • Stay informed on industry trends and competitor offerings
🎯 Requirements
• Deep understanding of the UK cultural heritage sector (ideally 4+ years of direct experience with collections) • Strong relationship-building, communication, and presentation skills • Strong competency with technology and task management • Self-motivated and proactive in a fast-paced and fully remote environment • Dedication to preserving cultural heritage collections • Embodiment of our core values: Curious, Proactive, Brave, Focused, and Optimistic • Proven ability to influence superiors and advocate for change within complex organizations
