📋 Description

• Manage the J-37 (JTRS) program and associated contracts • Manage geographically dispersed teams • Oversee contract performance, quality, and deliverables • Conduct executive briefings • Support a five-region model covering 54 states and territories • Travel frequently throughout CONUS

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree • 15+ years of experience • Federal/DoD program management experience • Experience managing geographically dispersed teams • Contract performance experience • Experience overseeing quality and deliverables • Executive briefing experience • Active Secret clearance preferred, not required • Ideal background as a former NGB J7, Joint Staff, Combatant Command, or DoD PM • Desired experience with Joint Training System (JTS), Joint Training Tool (JTT), Joint Training Plans (JTPs), Joint Exercise Life Cycle (JELC), Mission Training Assessments (MTA), Training Proficiency Assessments (TPA), DRRS, and JLLIS • Experience supporting the National Guard, JFHQ-State, Joint Staff, or Combatant Command • Experience with senior leader workshops • Nationwide travel capability • Ability to travel frequently throughout CONUS
