📋 Description

• Support for the operation of the local data center • Contribute to ensuring the stability, security and efficiency of the local IT infrastructure • Support the IT Manager in monitoring, maintaining and optimizing systems and in implementing technical measures • Second-level support for complex IT requests • Independently analyze and permanently resolve technical faults escalated from the central service desk • Proactive fault diagnosis and close collaboration with internal teams and external partners to ensure fast and effective resolution • Plan and implement local IT projects • Contribute to the design and implementation of projects to further develop the IT infrastructure • Responsible for subprojects and coordination of tasks within the project team • Coordination of external service providers • Support in managing and monitoring service providers to ensure agreed service levels • Contribute to quality assurance and efficient collaboration with external partners • Advise business units and end users • Provide technical support for the introduction and use of digital solutions • Collaborate with business departments to optimally integrate IT processes into business operations

🎯 Requirements

• Completed training in computer science, business informatics, electrical engineering or a comparable technical field • Initial practical experience in IT infrastructure or system administration – ideally in a corporate environment • Good understanding of IT service management (ITSM) as well as Windows client/server systems and network technology • Experience with Power BI desirable • Confident communication in German and English – both within the team and with external partners • Team player, strong communication skills and a structured working style, with a willingness to develop solutions collaboratively
