📋 Description

• Proactive outreach to potential B2B customers via email, phone, social media and events • Qualification of inbound and outbound leads • Identification of decision-makers and analysis of customer needs • Close collaboration with Marketing and the Commercial team to continuously optimize the lead funnel • Maintenance and documentation in the CRM system

🎯 Requirements

• Initial experience in sales, customer service or a comparable role is an advantage • Career changers with a sales affinity and a “can-do” attitude are warmly welcome • Strong communication skills, enthusiasm and initiative • Goal-oriented working style, willingness to learn and hands-on mentality • Fluent German and good English skills
