• Create, plan and facilitate sales and product training programs, especially New Hire programs (Sales Academy) • Establish objectives and develops criteria for evaluating the effectiveness of the training activities • Create and manage training material and models • Provide input, support, and training for local affiliates • Participate in selected Campaign Task Groups • Manage and guide local Certified Regional Trainers (CRTs)
• Bachelor or MSc in relevant Business, Educational, or Science • + 4-6 years of experience medical devices, preferable within Fertility • Solid experience from sales and/or training roles in Medical Industry • Strong analytical skills • Business acumen and commercial mindset • Influential communication skills • Good networking and collaborative behaviour • Fluent English (spoken and written) is mandatory, one additional European Language is a plus
