• You conduct persuasive consultative sales conversations and turn our customers into fans. • Thanks to our inside sales team, your schedule and route are always planned at least one week in advance. • You capture images with your own drone and collaborate with customers to plan a tailored solution live on your iPad that they can have right away. • You further develop existing customer relationships and leverage cross-selling opportunities. • With our modern CRM (HubSpot) you not only monitor your performance but also have fully transparent visibility into your deals and commissions — transparency is important to us!

🎯 Requirements

• Commercial, technical, or equivalent qualification. • Professional experience in sales — field sales experience is a plus. • Confident demeanor, strong negotiation skills, and a high closing ability. • Strong communicator, disciplined, goal-oriented, and energetic. • A true team player with enthusiasm for renewable energy.
