📋 Description

• Be client obsessed: consult with clients as a subject matter expert and assist clients in applying new product features and enhancements to align with business goals and share best practices. • Help clients implement Cordial’s RESTful API and JavaScript Snippet into their marketing stack and maximize the value generated from the Cordial platform. • Identify issues, recognize patterns, propose solutions and help create repeatable processes and documentation to assist long-term success of internal team, clients, and partners. • Enable clients to use dynamic scripting for email language and machine learning capabilities. • Design data structures that will gracefully flow downstream and integrate into Cordial's object model. • Act as and help the Project Manager: manage internal stakeholders and external client expectations on projects and timelines. • Collaborate closely with Product, Client Success, Strategy, Support, and Sales teams to improve client adoption and meet/exceed client expectations and goals. • Document and record all completed project work to maintain an accessible framework for success. • Handle incidents, escalations, and exceptions in a professional manner.

🎯 Requirements

• You hold a BS in Computer Science or a closely related field. • Minimum of 7 years of experience in professional services. • Track record of driving meaningful, successful implementations and managing client projects. • Strong understanding of RESTful APIs. • Comfortable with JSON data structure. • Read/write HTML/CSS/JavaScript. • Experience with PHP (or other programming language). • Capable of using Browser Developer Tools. • Understand differences between SQL and noSQL. • Ability to handle incidents, escalations, and exceptions professionally. • Comfortable working with senior level marketers, IT /systems integrators and marketing technology and services partners. • Ability to manage multiple open projects with varying degrees of complexity and business priority. • Ability to collaborate with internal teams including Experience Management, Strategy, Support, Product, Engineering, Sales, and the Executive Team. • Currently located in the UK.
