📋 Description

• Coach and mentor learners through regular one-to-one sessions and group workshops • Make data concepts engaging, practical, and accessible • Help learners develop skills in Excel, SQL, Power BI, Python, data visualisation, and analytical thinking • Support learners in developing meaningful business insight beyond reporting • Encourage critical thinking and understanding of the real-world impact of analysis • Guide learners through programme milestones, assessments, and End Point Assessment preparation • Work collaboratively with employers and stakeholders to ensure learning has genuine workplace impact • Create a positive, supportive, and inclusive learning environment • Support learners to successfully complete their programme and EPA • Contribute to a collaborative, high-performing team culture

🎯 Requirements

• Experience working in a data analytics, reporting, or business intelligence role • Strong Excel skills, including data analysis, formulas, and pivot tables • Experience using Power BI or similar visualisation tools • Working knowledge of SQL • Experience using Python and Jupyter Notebooks for data analysis • Knowledge of Power Query and data preparation techniques • Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex concepts clearly • Experience coaching, mentoring, teaching, or supporting the development of others • Experience within apprenticeship, vocational learning, or education environments is desirable • Alteryx experience is desirable • Experience with BigQuery, Google Sheets, Looker, and Google Workspace is desirable • Teaching, training, or coaching qualifications are desirable • Ability to undertake pre-employment checks, including DBS Disclosure
