📋 Description

• Create high-quality, engaging curriculum materials for a 60-hour Power BI training program (40 sessions × 1.5 hours). • Translate complex Power BI concepts into clear, accessible content that builds technical mastery in data modeling, Power Query, DAX, visualization, and Power BI Service deployment. • Ensure content is current, accurate, and aligned with industry standards and the Microsoft Power BI ecosystem. • Use participant feedback, analytics, and best practices in adult learning to iterate and improve content quality. • Work closely with Correlation One’s learning design team to ensure accuracy and learner accessibility. • Collaborate with designers to build visually appealing content, diagrams, and learning assets.

🎯 Requirements

• Must hold the Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate (PL-300) certification. • A degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Education, or a related field. • Proven experience designing or developing Power BI curriculum or training materials. • Strong proficiency in: • Power Query transformations • DAX (fundamental → advanced) • Data modeling & star schema design • Visualization design principles • Power BI Service (workspaces, refresh, apps, RLS) • Excellent instructional writing and curriculum structuring skills. • Experience developing hands-on labs and practice data scenarios. • Strong research and analytical capabilities. • Effective communicator and collaborator with an understanding of adult learning principles.
