📋 Description

• Design and develop high-quality, maintainable software modules for the Cotiviti product suite • Conduct unit and integration testing using appropriate methodologies and techniques • Analyze requirements and specifications and create detailed implementation designs • Analyze and resolve software-related issues from internal or external customers • Continuously update professional knowledge of technologies selected for the Cotiviti product suite • Manage change control • Enter, transcribe, record, store, and maintain information in written and electronic form • Review proposed software engineering solutions for adherence to best practices • Mentor team members in software engineering methods and techniques • Complete performance-review goals, special projects, and other assigned duties • Collaborate with Senior Developers, QA, Product Owners, Project Management, and other stakeholders • Develop innovative healthcare analytics applications that generate performance, improvement opportunities, and client value

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent work experience • 2-3 years of experience with enterprise and application design patterns on the Java platform • 2-3 years of experience with JDK technologies • Ability to write, test, and maintain business rules using DRL and Drools • Familiarity with rules versioning and decision tables • Understanding of rules-execution optimization for efficiency and scalability • Experience integrating business rules with MongoDB and Oracle databases • 2-3 years of experience writing unit test cases for rules and outcomes using JUnit • 1+ year of experience with Spring Boot and the Spring Framework, including Spring MVC, Spring Data, and Spring Security • Experience with RESTful services and APIs • Familiarity with XML and JSON data formats • Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools • 2-3 years of experience with Bitbucket, Gradle, Octopus, and Artifactory • 1+ year of experience with container orchestration platforms such as OpenShift or Kubernetes • Prior enterprise-level application development experience using Spring Boot preferred • Must be able to provide a dedicated, secure work area • Must be able to provide high-speed internet connectivity and office setup and maintenance • Must be able to perform duties with or without reasonable accommodation
