📋 Description

• Work with HR systems to provide end-user support, test system changes, analyze data, and make recommendations for process improvement. • Responsible for report development, application administration, support, and maintenance for all global Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS). • Manage a broad range of HRIS activities including project management, program implementation, configuration, auditing, troubleshooting, training, and compliance.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, MIS, or related field, with 4+ years of HRIS experience across ATS, Performance Management, LMS, payroll modules; Ceridian Dayforce a plus. • Strong proficiency in Google Suite and MS Office 365 tools, including advanced Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, Word, and SharePoint. • Working knowledge of XML and SQL, with the ability to apply technical skills to HR systems and reporting. • Demonstrated problem-solving abilities, including critical, strategic, and evaluative thinking. • Project management experience with end-to-end global HR technology initiatives, including dashboard construction and custom reporting. • Deep understanding of HR systems structure, functions, and interdependencies; skilled in documentation of requirements, design, development, and testing.
