📋 Description

• Plan, mobilise and lead commercial and customer-facing projects across UK and Ireland • Own project scope, timeline, budget and risk log for each initiative • Translate commercial and strategic account agreements into structured implementation plans • Lead onboarding and implementation for new and expanded customer accounts • Drive execution of cross-sell and bundling projects

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in a project or programme management role • Strong project management discipline (formal certification such as PMP, Prince2 or AgilePM advantageous) • Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional influencing skills • Strong organisational and risk-management skills • Proficiency with project management and CRM/BI tools • Working knowledge of software/IT delivery methods (e.g. Agile/Scrum) • Experience with ERP or large-scale platform implementations advantageous
