📋 Description
• Conduct in-depth statistical analysis of owned marketing channel performance, including email, SMS, push notifications, direct mail, and in-app messaging • Develop dashboards and interactive visualizations that communicate marketing performance insights to stakeholders • Design and execute A/B tests and experiments, applying statistical methods to rigorously measure impact, ROI, and lift • Maintain technical proficiency by writing advanced SQL queries and utilizing Python or R for deep analysis • Translate analytical findings into actionable insights and recommendations that support marketing and customer engagement decisions • Collaborate with marketing, CRM, and operational teams to influence strategic roadmaps and execution • Partner with data engineering teams to ensure data quality and integrity
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in a hands-on data analyst or growth analytics role • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related quantitative field (or equivalent practical experience). • Proven experience delivering complex data analysis projects in an agile or collaborative environment • Strong proficiency in SQL, Python or R for advanced data analysis and modeling • Experience working with large-scale customer, transactional, or behavioral datasets
