📋 Description

• Provide full administrative support to Head of the channel, one Sales Manager and two Key Account Managers • Manage daily order processing and communications with customer service and warehouse • Prepare title submissions grids, run sales reports (Business Objects, SAP, Nielsen Bookscan) • Collate marketing and PR information; respond to customers and monitor competitors

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent communication skills • Experience with PowerPoint and Google Slides • Daily order processing and liaison with customer service and warehouse • Ability to gather materials, prepare samples and present information • Proactive in responding to customers and monitoring competitor activity • Strong organisational and multi-tasking abilities
