📋 Description

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to initiate conversations and establish rapport. • Clearly and persuasively communicate the value proposition of our products/services. • Qualify leads by asking relevant questions and assessing their potential as clients. • Schedule appointments for our sales representatives based on lead availability and salesperson schedules. • Enter accurate and detailed information about leads and appointments into the CRM system. • Follow up with leads and ensure timely communication to keep them engaged. • Collaborate with the sales team to provide necessary information about scheduled appointments. • Maintain a record of daily call activities, including calls made and appointments scheduled. • Stay updated on product/service knowledge and industry trends to address prospect inquiries effectively

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in telemarketing, appointment setting, or a similar role • Preferably has lead generation experience • Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to engage and build rapport over the phone • Strong persuasive and negotiation skills • Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in data entry • Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to meet and exceed appointment-setting targets • Positive attitude and self-motivated approach to work • Time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively • Willingness to learn and adapt to changing processes and strategies • Previous experience in a sales-related role is a plus • Minimum Technical and Work Environment Requirements: • Internet Connection: • Primary internet connection with a minimum speed of 15 Mbps. • Backup internet connection with at least 10 Mbps. • Backup connection must be capable of supporting work during a power outage. • Primary Device: • Desktop or laptop equipped with at least: • Intel Core i5 (8th generation or newer), Intel Core i3 (10th generation or newer), AMD Ryzen 5, or an equivalent processor. • A minimum of 8 GB RAM. • Backup Device: • Must meet or exceed the performance of an Intel Core i3 processor. • Must be functional during power interruptions. • A functioning webcam. • A noise-canceling USB headset. • A quiet, dedicated home office space. • Peripherals and Workspace: A smartphone for communication and verification purposes.
