📋 Description

• - Conduct outbound prospecting through calls, emails, and social media to engage potential clients • - Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the sales team with C-level executives and other key decision-makers • - Maintain detailed records of all interactions and progress in the CRM • - Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to optimize outreach strategies and align messaging with the needs of the target audience • - Consistently meet or exceed monthly quotas for meetings set and qualified leads generated

🎯 Requirements

• - Proven experience in cold calling and outbound sales, with a focus on Enterprise sales • - Experience in using LinkedIn Navigation • - Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts clearly and compellingly • - Strong research skills to identify and target key prospects within relevant industries • - Results-driven, with a track record of achieving or surpassing sales targets • - Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and other sales enablement platforms • ***Bonus Qualifications:*** • - Experience in working with or selling to enterprise IT teams or SaaS decision-makers • - Familiarity with the B2B SaaS sales cycle and buyer journey • - Ability to quickly grasp new technologies and effectively communicate their value • - Previous success in a remote sales role, with the ability to self-manage and stay organized • **Minimum Technical and Work Environment Requirements:** • - **Internet Connection:** • - Primary internet connection with a minimum speed of **15 Mbps**. • - Backup internet connection with at least **10 Mbps**. • - Backup connection must be capable of supporting work during a power outage. • - **Primary Device:** • - Desktop or laptop equipped with at least: • - **Intel Core i5 (8th generation or newer)**, **Intel Core i3 (10th generation or newer)**, **AMD Ryzen 5**, or an equivalent processor. • - A minimum of **8 GB RAM**. • - **Backup Device:** • - Must meet or exceed the performance of an **Intel Core i3** processor. • - Must be functional during power interruptions. • - **Peripherals and Workspace:** • - A functioning **webcam**. • - A **noise-canceling USB headset**. • - A **quiet, dedicated home office space**. • - A **smartphone** for communication and verification purposes.
