📋 Description

• Identify and qualify potential leads • Conduct preliminary research to understand a prospective customer • Effectively communicate product value to prospects • Actively follow up with prospects to nurture relationships • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute sales campaigns • Utilize CRM software to track and manage sales activities • Stay up to date with industry trends • Continuously develop sales skills and product knowledge

• Has a proven track record of success • Works with diligence and is resilient when obstacles present themselves • Eager to learn and improve • Exceptional interpersonal skills • High integrity • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools • Strong organizational and time management skills • Willing to travel occasionally for client meetings or industry events. • Desire to pursue a career in sales • Preferred: Experience as an Inside Sales Representative or in a similar sales role • Preferred: A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field • Preferred: Previous experience as a clinical research site coordinator or a highly similar position.
