• Coordinate CPI training programs throughout the geographic territory and sell products that meet customer training plans diagnosed through a discovery call with key decision-makers and committee members. • Meet established sales goals in an individual player role as part of the CPI Sales Team. • Develop new leads through research and contact inbound marketing leads to discuss clients’ training needs and offer solutions. • Conduct strategic account management calls to solve problems and provide current training data to increase sales in existing accounts. • Design and deliver presentations on the implementation of customer solutions. • Create and maintain a sales action plan. • Manage forecastable pipelines via our client relationship management (CRM) system. • Support leadership with active involvement in projects that occur either within the department or cross-departmentally. • Represent CPI at local, state, or national conferences and tradeshows.
