📋 Description

• We are seeking a seasoned Engineering Manager to lead our technical team in a dynamic Web3 blockchain company. • Oversee the development and delivery of cutting-edge blockchain solutions, manage a team of talented engineers, and drive innovation in a rapidly evolving industry. • Provide technical guidance and leadership to a team of software engineers, architects, and blockchain developers. • Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple blockchain projects, ensuring alignment with company goals and deadlines. • Recruit, mentor, and manage a high-performing team of engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement. • Allocate resources effectively to optimize productivity and ensure timely project delivery. • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define project requirements, prioritize tasks, and deliver high-quality solutions. • Stay abreast of emerging trends and technologies in the blockchain space, and contribute to the development of the company's technical roadmap and strategy. • Implement best practices for software development, code reviews, testing, and deployment to maintain high standards of quality and reliability. • Identify and mitigate technical risks and challenges throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring the successful delivery of blockchain solutions. • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including executives, clients, and partners, to provide updates on project status, technical challenges, and strategic initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. • 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role, preferably in the blockchain or cryptocurrency industry. • Proficiency in blockchain technologies such as Ethereum, Solidity, smart contracts, and decentralized applications (dApps) is a big plus. • Strong understanding of web development technologies, including JavaScript, Node.js, and React. • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team of engineers, drive technical innovation, and deliver complex projects on schedule. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and creatively to overcome technical challenges and optimize processes. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts and project requirements to both technical and non-technical audiences. • Proven track record of working collaboratively in cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of open communication, knowledge sharing, and teamwork. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment, and to effectively prioritize and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
