📋 Description

• As a Software Engineer, you will design, develop, maintain, and improve software for various venture projects. • You will be actively involved in the design of various components behind scalable applications, including AI-driven interfaces and agent-based systems. • Design and implement solutions to complex problems in large-scale infrastructure. • Create web applications in a distributed environment. • Manage individual project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables. • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Frontend, DevOps, QA, and PM, to improve tech stack for long-term engineering initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

• B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science or related technical field • 5+ years of relevant working experience, at least 3 years in web development experience • Experience building and shipping DeFi applications is a big plus • Experience with AI agent frameworks is a big plus • Experience creating and optimizing prompts for AI models is a big plus • Understanding of the core principles of the front-end frameworks used in ReactJS • Experience in using state management tools like Redux, Zustand • Hands-on proficiency in HTML/CSS/JavaScript/TypeScript with an understanding of common HTML5 features and ES6 specification; good at page layout and refactoring, browser operation principles, browser compatibility and page rendering execution efficiency, and Chrome debugging. • Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and design patterns. • Familiar with RESTful API and GraphQL. • Familiar with data transfer between front-end and back-end • Proficiency in module management and packaging tools (Webpack, etc.). • Knowledge of Rust / Python is a big plus
