📋 Description

• Serve as a trusted partner to clients and deliver tailored integrated solutions • Advise stakeholders through Coupa selection, transformation, implementation, and configuration • Participate hands-on in full-scale implementation, project management, change management, requirements and design, process improvement, chart of account redesign, testing, integration enablement, supplier enablement, and best-practice activities • Utilize technical expertise across the Coupa suite, including Procurement, Payables, Expenses, and Asset Management • Develop and implement firm-approved AI-enabled client solutions in accordance with company policies • Monitor emerging AI tools and techniques and identify compliant opportunities to improve client solutions and internal processes • Contribute to recruiting, shadowing, marketing, business development, practice development, and operational improvement initiatives • Implement performance improvement and cost-reduction initiatives to drive operational efficiencies • Guide customer expectations and ensure project timelines and deliverable quality during training and go-live activities

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of consulting and/or relevant industry experience • Functional/technical proficiency implementing at least one module within a financial system solution such as Coupa, SAP, NetSuite, or Ariba • Configuration experience in at least two end-to-end implementations • Experience designing and facilitating setup and configuration of one or more modules • Expertise designing, leading, and architecting complex multi-cloud-based system integration solutions focused on ERP systems • Hands-on experience developing automated integrations and solution architecture with ETL tools • Proven experience developing RESTful API-based integrations using Talend Studio • Demonstrated ability to responsibly explore and adopt firm-approved AI tools • Openness to learning and applying emerging technologies including AI and automation • Ability to handle multiple deadline-driven, project-critical client engagements, including training and go-live activities • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Finance, Accounting, or similar discipline • Willingness to travel domestically 50-75% for project milestones • Coupa certification preferred
