📋 Description

• Day to day management of the procurement of new hardware for sale to clients • Source and evaluate new hardware items • Maintain effective working relationships with hardware suppliers • Maintain knowledge of EPoS hardware market trends and developments • Work with the Attraction Management Specialist team to prepare demonstration equipment for clients and • Commissioning new hardware including physical and cloud based servers, EPOS systems and card terminals • Commissioning infrastructure software such as Windows and SQL Server • Creating Gold Builds of our custom software for deployment to clients • Providing ongoing maintenance and support of hardware, infrastructure software • Contribute to second line support of our bespoke applications as needed

• Asset Management (ASMG) • Configuration Management (CFMG) • Hardware Design (HWDE) • Security Operations (SCAD) • Purpose and function of EPoS equipment and related peripherals; • Server build, configuration and management;
