📋 Description

• Work with Europe HR Director to operationalise the Regional HR plan • Identify, develop and implement HR solutions in line with the HR plan • Deliver Core HR Programs • Integration of core HR programs with support from global COE’s • Customize HR solutions using established HR practices to meet business needs • Partner with legal to ensure CrowdStrike meets its legal obligations • Support and coach managers on people practices • Utilize metrics to measure core programmes • Provide HR advice to the business in various areas • Handle employee grievances and be the trusted confidant for employees

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive experience in an HR generalist role • Experience working at HRBP/ HR Manager level in a comparable industry/organisation • Knowledge of employment laws across Germany, Austria and Switzerland • Experience working within a global business • Demonstrable experience in all aspects of HR including employee relations, compensation & benefits, learning & development, employee engagement etc. • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal • Ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment and be an effective problem solver • Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise workload and work well under pressure • Self-driven with ability to work independently and identify opportunities to innovate • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook • Fluency in German and English
