📋 Description

• Oversee large and complex Strategic Advisory Services engagements and support dedicated project teams • Engage with executive-level individuals across a wide range of industry segments • Oversee day-to-day operations of the Strategic Advisory Services practice • Coordinate Strategic Advisory Services activities with internal stakeholders and customers • Serve as the first point of escalation for service delivery issues • Uphold and promote quality standards across Strategic Advisory Service offerings • Coach and mentor high-performing consultants • Hire, train, and develop new consultants • Develop, refine, and maintain tools, processes, and methodologies for efficient, repeatable delivery • Develop strategic plans for the practice with CrowdStrike leadership • Communicate effectively with executive leadership and technical support teams • Work with Sales to scope new customer engagements

🎯 Requirements

• At least 10 years of experience in several listed areas • Team leadership in a matrixed consulting environment • IT/security management consulting experience • Experience with technical and operational cybersecurity issues • Security program development, management, and implementation experience • Security analysis/operations leadership or key delivery experience • Business strategy and cyber risk analysis experience • Cybersecurity policy development experience • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills • Ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships with customers and team members • Ability to complete complex strategic analysis and development tasks without supervision • Desire to grow cyber aptitude, technical awareness, and soft skills • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously • Ability to travel up to 30% of the time, often on less than three weeks’ notice • Proven experience utilizing AI technologies to enhance decision-making, streamline workflows, improve efficiency, and drive business outcomes • Bachelor’s degree in a listed or related field, or relevant military/work experience and/or training in lieu of a degree • Candidates without a degree may be considered with relevant military or work experience and/or training • May be required to periodically undergo and pass alcohol and/or drug tests during employment
