📋 Description

• Partner with assigned Corporate Account Managers, Channel Partners, and Customers to retain and expand customer revenue • Produce and present compelling customer proposals • Ensure contracts are renewed on-time and quoted accurately • Collaborate with Sales and Business Value Consultants to support pricing uplifts, new module upsells, and entitlement-to-usage alignment • Validate ACV categories and account ARR in Salesforce.com and escalate complex scenarios • Research customer license purchase and renewal history and make recommendations • Gather renewal, expansion, and upsell requirements, including co-term/true-up calculations and quoting • Advise Sales on sales processes and Pricing & Packaging policies • Build proposals, price and discount the product portfolio • Calculate and validate complex quoting scenarios and secure internal approvals • Qualify decision makers, buying processes, budgets, and timeframes • Deliver validated renewal quotes 90–120 days before expiration • Provide customer feedback to Product teams on feature requests and enhancements • Provide high-touch customer service and coordinate support escalations • Identify at-risk renewals, create calls to action, and involve appropriate account team members to protect ARR

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Renewals, Sales Operations, Account Management, or Customer Success • Relevant industry experience; High Tech, SaaS, or Cybersecurity preferred • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university or relevant experience • Previous experience managing SaaS subscription renewals processes ideal • Proven experience utilizing AI technologies to enhance decision-making, streamline workflows and processes, improve efficiency, and drive business outcomes • Proficient with MS Excel, including advanced formulas, large datasets, connectors, and pivot tables highly preferred • Experience with Salesforce.com and/or Salesforce CPQ (SteelBrick) • SFDC report building and opportunity/contract management experience • Experience managing forecasts in Clari preferred but not required • Ability to balance varied daily tasks and adjust priorities in a fast-paced environment • Tech savvy and excited to work in a fast-paced environment • Exceptional communication skills across email, conference calls, presentations, and internal meetings • Ability to work independently or in a team environment • Extreme attention to detail and highly organized
