📋 Description

• Define and execute product strategy for CSI's Instant Payments portfolio • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, customer discovery, and validation activities • Develop and maintain product roadmaps aligned with business objectives and market demands • Partner with Architecture, Engineering, Technical Product Owners, and Product Leaders to translate strategy into product initiatives • Create business cases, evaluate product opportunities, and prioritize investments based on customer value and business impact • Lead the product lifecycle from concept through delivery, launch, adoption, and ongoing optimization • Analyze market trends, pricing strategies, ROI metrics, and business outcomes • Collaborate with Product Marketing on positioning, messaging, and sales enablement materials • Support strategic customer, partner, and industry engagements through demonstrations, presentations, and thought leadership • Partner with Sales teams to identify growth opportunities and position CSI's instant payments solutions • Mentor Product Managers and Product Analysts • Represent CSI at industry conferences, customer events, and webinars as an expert in faster payments and payments innovation

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of product management experience focused on Instant Payments, Real-Time Payments (RTP), Faster Payments, or Digital Payments • Experience supporting or implementing FedNow Service and RTP Network • Demonstrated ownership of product strategy, roadmap development, and product lifecycle management • Experience collaborating closely with technology, architecture, and engineering teams to deliver complex financial technology solutions • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills • Experience conducting market research and developing business cases • Deep understanding of FedNow Service capabilities and operational requirements • Deep understanding of RTP Network functionality and network rules • Knowledge of real-time payment processing environments • Knowledge of 24/7/365 transaction operations • Knowledge of payment limits, settlement processes, and operational considerations • Experience with ISO 20022 messaging standards, including pain.001, pacs.008, pacs.002, pain.013, and pain.014 • Understanding of real-time settlement processes, liquidity management, fraud prevention strategies in irrevocable payment environments, operational resilience, and risk management • Experience within financial services, banking, fintech, or payments technology • Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship now or in the future • Preferred: 10+ years of overall professional experience • Preferred: Community bank and/or credit union industry experience • Preferred: Pragmatic Institute Certification (Level II or higher) • Preferred: Experience with Aha! or similar product management platforms • Preferred: Knowledge of Regulation E and UCC Article 4A • Preferred: Experience presenting to customers, executives, and industry audiences
